WHAT TO DO IF YOU'VE TRIED EVERYTHING
Firstly, please know that’s it okay to be struggling. Sleeping is extremely difficult to get right and when we, as parents, are sleep deprived too it becomes very hard to see the wood from the trees. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and exhausted so don’t feel guilty – we’ve all been there.

She will help you through this stage – having someone who is outside of the situation look in can be a huge support.
